Nama Seethaiah, Managing Director of Madhucon joined the family business in 1989 in Granites and Construction verticals. He joined the Group at an age of 23 years and his first major project handled was Indian Railways most prestigious project - Konkan Railways. Eventually, his focus and commitment on the core Infrastructure Sector lead Madhucon as one of the leading Infrastructure Developing Companies.

He worked in all roles since joining and in the year 2015 was appointed as Whole Time Director and has been playing key roles in major turnkey Mining and Irrigation Projects.
K. Srinivas Rao joined in Madhucon Projects in 1997 at an age of 23 as an Engineer and is currently designated as Chief Operating Officer of the Company for all Transportation Projects. He is also acting as Managing Director and Director in various Subsidiaries of Madhucon Group. His career started in Vijayawada Eluru -Golden Quadrilateral Projects of NHAI, which was the first project of it's kind of NHAI, and till date he had successfully executed 9 Greenfield projects directly and other various projects, with average 2500 lane kms length. His Infrastructural sector has a diversified portfolio of EPC, BOT, Annuity projects that are vital for Indian Road development sector. He has been instrumental in enhancing Transport Sector of Madhucon as a key player. His proactive and professional approach to the business combined with competitive spirit and economical costing has helped towards the growth of Madhucon.
