Validate the monthly financial reports; analyze the actual financial results against forecast and budgets. AGM -F&A He shall be responsible for entire accounts & finanace functions of the division. Responsible for MIS and P&L of the respective Division. Assisting HO-Finance Department in finalizing annual accounts and balance sheet of the company and preparing / monitoring of revenue and fund mobilization for the for the Division. To assist in all functions at site. Liaison with Auditors, Banks and Financial Institutions. Responsible for tax planning/taxation and tax audit. Ensure timely payments. To review, manage Fund flow & Cash flow. Ensure optimum utilisation of funds. Responsible for Fund Mobilisation. To oversee Commercial functions. To manage all commercial aspects of Purchases and Sub-contracts. Suggest cost control measures to project sites. Tax Planning & System Development, Budgetary Control, Accounts, MIS and Fund Management, Taxation & Statutory Compliances, Commercial Affairs, Risk Analysis & Insurance. Shall be Reporting to DGM – F&A / GM-Projects.
He should be well versed with International Trading Transactions and Forex management. Procurement planning on a continuous basis, to ensure adequate inventory levels and Inventory Control on regular basis at each operation / location is also a vital function.
Familiarity with Accounting Software - Tally & other Internet based software for receiving / transferring voluminous data to / from multiple locations is an essential required skill. Knowledge of any ERP package is preferable.
He should develop systems to effectively receive data on a daily / weekly basis to monitor and control the finance and accounts at each of the locations. He should review and refine existing Reporting systems and prepare consolidated and comprehensive periodic Management Accounts. |
